Our daily order cut-off time is 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday. Orders placed before this time are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped using established shipping partners and carriers. Every shipment receives a tracking number.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take several hours to become active after dispatch.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

Any applicable taxes, duties, and import charges will be displayed during checkout where required. Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees beyond those shown during checkout.

Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@milarosabella.com. Address changes can only be made before an order has been dispatched.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not entered processing or fulfillment. Once fulfillment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

For damaged deliveries, please retain the original packaging and provide photographs to assist with the investigation.

Split Shipments

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
