What payment methods do you accept?

My payment was declined. What should I do?
Please try placing the order again or choose an alternative payment method. If the issue persists, contact your bank.
Can I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. Please send an email to support@milarosabella.com and we will send you your invoice as soon as possible.

How long does delivery take?

Can I choose a specific delivery date or time?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery at any time.
My delivery is delayed β what should I do?
Please check the status using your tracking number. If you need further assistance, contact our customer service team at support@milarosabella.com.
Why was my order delivered in multiple parcels?
In some cases items are dispatched separately. If part of your order is missing, the remaining items will typically arrive within a few business days. You will receive a separate tracking number for each parcel.
Do you deliver to my country?
We currently deliver to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
No. All prices displayed on our website and at checkout include all applicable taxes and duties for your market. There are no additional charges upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Contact us at support@milarosabella.com with your order number to initiate a return. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Order Tracking
Where can I find my tracking information?
After dispatch you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also track your order on our "Track Your Order" page using your order number and email address.
My tracking shows no updates β why?
Tracking information becomes active once your parcel has been scanned by the carrier. Please allow a few hours after dispatch for tracking to update.
I have not received a tracking email β what should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@milarosabella.com and we will resend your tracking information immediately.
