Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Orders are typically processed within 1β2 business days of being placed.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has entered the fulfillment process.
After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please wait for the order to arrive and then initiate a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. You will receive a full refund for eligible returns once the item has been received and inspected.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the credit.
Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
