At Mila Rosabella we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a straightforward 30-day return right.

Applicable markets: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.

30-Day Return Right

You may return your order within 30 days of the date you received the goods, provided the following conditions are met:

• –Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• –Items must be in their original packaging with all tags still attached
• –No restocking fees apply

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrectly Delivered Items

If the item you received is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, we will cover the full cost of return shipping. In many cases a return is not required — we will offer a free replacement or a full refund at your choice.

Returns for Personal Reasons (e.g. Change of Mind, Wrong Size)

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

Step 1 — Contact Us: Send an email to support@milarosabella.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Step 2 — Pack Your Item: Pack the item carefully, preferably in its original packaging.

Step 3 — Ship: Send the item back using the return instructions provided. Retain your proof of postage.

Yes, we accept exchanges.

Refunds

• –Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• –Payment method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• –Currency: Refunds are issued in USD.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider it may take a few additional business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

United States

Our 30-day return right applies in addition to any applicable federal or state consumer protection rights.

Canada

Our 30-day return right applies in addition to your statutory consumer rights under applicable Canadian provincial legislation.

United Kingdom

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a statutory short-term right to reject goods within 30 days if they are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Our 30-day return right meets and exceeds this requirement. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 also provide a 14-day cancellation right for distance purchases, which is fully covered by our policy.

Australia

Our 30-day return right applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Statutory guarantees cannot be excluded.
